How can I place an order?
You need an account to place an order. You can easily request one by clicking here.

After logging in, you can now see the prices, fill your shopping cart, and order. Choose the laces you want, select the color and size, and then simply click "add to cart." Once your cart is full, click "Order these items" to complete the purchase.

Do I need an account to order?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order amount of €20,-
Do I get a discount if I buy larger quantities?
You can order any length from us starting at 3 pairs. When you order 5 pairs, you automatically get a lower price. Want to buy larger quantities? Contact us!
How do I know my order was placed correctly?
You will always receive a confirmation email from us. If you haven't received it within 1 hour, please contact us.
Where can I view my orders?
Once logged in, you can view your orders and invoices under "Account details."
Can I cancel or modify my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Check it carefully, and if something was ordered incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the adjustments. If your order has already been prepared, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify it as 99% of our laces are made to order.
Are my laces in stock?
We strive to keep everything sufficiently in stock and to update this as accurately as possible. If we run out of something, we will always contact you.

How can I pay?
You have the option to pay by invoice with us. iDeal and Bankcontact are also available payment methods.
How can I get an invoice?
Once logged in, you can view your invoices and orders under "Account details."

What are the shipping costs?
For all orders over €150,-, there are no shipping costs. For orders under this amount, shipping within the Netherlands costs €7.50*.

How long is the delivery time?
We aim to process, package, and ship your order as quickly as possible. Usually, this happens within 1 to 2 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, you can choose from: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Is your preferred country not listed? Contact us!
Which shipping service do you use?
We ship all our packages via PostNL.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your package.

Can I return or exchange laces?
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exclusion: Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Within what time frame can I return laces?
Please contact us first to check if your laces can be returned because: custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can return the laces within 14 days of receipt.

How long does it take to process returns?
As soon as we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. This usually happens within 1-3 business days.
